Why use a Grab Wagon?
Grab Lorries are ideal for collecting large quantities of soil and hardcore without need for an additional machine to load.
Great for collecting small quantities from sites where access may be restricted for placing skips.
Aggregates may also be supplied on request.
Considerations
Our Grab lorry weighs in at 32 tons when fully loaded and is almost double the length of a standard skip wagon so weight limits and site access must be considered.
Overhead powerlines and telephone wires will prevent the operator from safely using the grab. If you have booked a grab but the job cannot be performed safely then we will not be collecting the waste but you may still be charged.
Grab Wagon is for collecting soil and stone only, loads will be rejected if other waste types are mixed in. If the load is rejected then you may still be charged even if no waste is removed.
